Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions of our agreement and apply to all purchases of products by you from My Baby via our website and you should read them carefully. These terms may vary from time to time and you should check them before making new purchases.

Acceptance of Order

The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail and you may also receive a call from a My Baby advisor. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order anytime until the order has been dispatched. Please note that if your order has been processed and delivered we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs of products are at your expense.

All products returned must be in the same condition as sent out -in the original packaging and not used.

Product Guarantee

All Items purchased from our website come with a minimum of 6 months manufacturing warranty, depending on which item warranties can be as long as 3 years. You can email us for more information on a particular product.

We will repair or replace any products that display a manufacturing defect within the time limit of its warranty. Loan buggies may be available on collection from our store in Peterborough, these will be supplied to you free of charge* while yours is being repaired.

We will arrange a collection from your home/given address and the product will go back to the manufacturer to be examined. If the manufacturer report suggests the fault to be a manufacturer defect the item will be repaired/replaced at the manufacturers discretion and send sent back to you free of charge.

Repairs/replacements can take anything up to 28 days from collection date.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure any faulty products are bought to the attention of the Baby Planet as soon as it has been identified.

Please note, accidental damage or damage through misuse are not covered by the warranty and if the manufacturer report suggests the fault is a non manufacturer defect there will a charge for the repair and carriage for the item. Charges will vary depending on the fault, but a minimum £25.00 charged will be levied for the carriage only.

*Free of charge only applies when the loan buggy is being collected and returned to the store in Peterborough, a non-refundable charge of £40.00 applies for home delivery and collection of a loan buggy. Loans are subject to availability & may be a different brand to the one purchased.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

Specification, Weights and Sizes

We reserve the right to alter specifications without prior notice. All sizes and weights given as a guide only and are approximate.

Colours

Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic devices. Accessories supplied to co-ordinate with the main product may differ in shade; this is normally caused by the manufacturing process and is not a fault. Wood is a natural products and the grain or shade will vary from piece to piece. Product Imagery are for display purposes only and may vary depending on customizable selections.

Our Right to Cancel

In the event of none delivery of any items or errors in any listing/imagery/descriptions/prices, we reserve the right to refund the product cost back to the customer.

These terms and conditions are subject for website purchases only. Purchases made in store and at baby shows are subject to there own terms and conditions and are available on request.

Coupon offers –

Gift cards will be issued via email after purchase to a value of 10% of the total goods value. Emails may go to junk folders. A code will be provided on the email to use in future transactions at check out.

Example – Goods purchased total £999 a coupon to the value of £99 will be dispatched via email to the address provided. Code provided must then be entered at check out during your next purchase to receive the £99 discount.

This offer is available in-stores and online.

Coupons must be used within 6 months of receipt. Minimum spend to qualify is £30. Postage costs are not included in 10% offer. in the event of item returns where coupons have been used the refunded price will be less coupon value. if not used the coupon will be cancelled after return of goods. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash. Coupons can be used by the original purchaser only. Mybaby Ltd reserve the right to end this offer at any time. Outstanding coupons will still be honoured within the 6 month timeframe.
