This intelligently engineered base features special anchor points which provide additional reassurance that the seat is positioned correctly and securely fixed in your car, without the need for a seatbelt. With click-and-go functionality, once installed, all it takes is a simple click of the Doona car seat to get it into position, and an equally simple unclip from the base to remove the seat from the vehicle.

ISOFIX is an International Safety Standard for safe and simple attachment of infant car seats to the vehicle seat without requiring the use of the vehicle’s seatbelt. ISOFIX connectors are rigorously tested and have been shown to dramatically reduce the risk of errors during installation, as well as improve the overall safety of car seats.

Once the base is correctly secured to the dedicated ISOFIX anchors in the vehicle, all it takes is a simple click to come and go. The handy integrated colour indicator on the Doona ISOFIX base confirms that the seat is secure, providing you that extra peace of mind so you can better enjoy your time!
